oh my god I finally got this done.
Sorry for the delay guys! I wasn't happy with the palette I first thought of it being, so I had to completely redo it.

I didn't like aromatisse, and all the witch-doctor ones look nice but pokemon wouldn't accept a gloomy fairy when they first introduce the type, so, say hi to Swaygrance!
