confront them directly and aggressively. Anyone who gives that level of disrespect should also recieve the same.
confront them passively, try to determine their stance, and, if you can, educate them/sway them to your side.
unfollow them and don't confront them. It's a shame, but internet fights are something I don't have the time/energy/balls to do.
continue following, but keep it in mind. If it gets too annoying/enraging, I'll unfollow.

Be aggressive. I'm an aggressive person. Confrontation is unrated as hell. It feels so good to let out your emotions and call people out on their crap.
